At thepetsanctuary.shop, we do everything we can to provide you and your pet with the best service possible. However, sometimes things may not meet your expectations. We take complaints seriously and always look for a suitable solution.


How to File a Complaint?

If you have a complaint about a product, delivery, or service, you can report it to us in the following ways:

What Happens After You File a Complaint?

Acknowledgment of receipt – You will receive a confirmation within 2 business days that we have received your complaint.
Processing – We will assess the complaint and contact you if we need further information.
Solution – We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If it takes longer, we will keep you updated.


Not Satisfied with the Solution?

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can submit it to an independent disputes committee or via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
